Xiaomi’s Mi Mix lineup is credited to begin the craze for the bezel-less display. It has recently launched the Mi Mix 2 in October in India, which managed to draw the attention of many. Now, with the alleged rear panel of Mi Mix 3 surfaced online, the company is speculated to come up with the new product in the lineup very soon.
The leaked images of the rear panel clearly suggest that the upcoming smartphone could get a dual vertical primary camera setup at the rear, similar to that seen on the iPhone X. It also shows that the rear panel of the device will get a fingerprint scanner in the middle, which is similar to the Mi Mix 2. Apart from these, the other major change that has been noticed in the design is the ‘rounded corners’ of the smartphone, unlike the ‘rectangular corners’ of the previous models.
Since there is no official information on the upcoming smartphone from Xiaomi, it would be very early to make any comment, but we can expect it to be launched sometime in the second half of 2018. As per the reports of GSMArena, the leaked images of the rear panel clearly shows “Mi Mix designed by Xiaomi” inscribed on it.
The rendered images clearly suggest that it is an early leak and this could be only the images of the prototype of the next Mi Mix product.
