Meizu, a Chinese manufacturer, has released a poster that indicates the launch of a new smartphone on January 4. The poster reveals one of the major features of the particular phone and it is the 18:9 display. As per the speculations, the device could be the Meizu M6S/ Blue Charm S.
In the recent days, there have been a number of leaks regarding the company’s full-screen phones, which are allegedly Meizu 15 Plus and Meizu M6S/ Blue Charm S. However, the later has been rumoured to arrive first in the market.
As per the sources, the Meizu M6S will be the first smartphone to be featured with the mBack button. This means the fingerprint scanner has moved to the side beneath the power button.
As far as other specifications are concerned, the Meizu M6S will come with a 5.7-inch display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a 2,930mAh battery. Expectations are that the phone would be available in two variants- 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB. It could be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 7872 processor.
Meizu M6S has already received its certification at the Chinese Ministry of Information, but, the details are yet to be revealed on the TENAA database.
