The highly awaited OnePlus 5T is scheduled to launch on November 21st. However, a lot of details regarding its specifications are already out in the market, thanks to the numerous leaks and rumors. The latest one to join the league is coming from GFX Bench, which suggests that smartphone is indeed going to be a powerful device.
The leaked details seemingly belong to the upper variant that packs 8GB RAM along with 128GB of inbuilt storage, out of which, only 111GB is available to the user. It features an elongated 6-inch display with a resolution of 2,160 x 1,080 pixel (Full-HD+). We already know that the display will be bezel-less and the device is going to retain the 3.5mm audio jack.
Surprisingly, the tested variant was running the OxygenOS UI created on top of Android v7.1.1 (Nougat) and not Oreo, as we had expected. The processing power comes from a 2.4GHz Octa-core processor sitting on Snapdragon 835 processor.
According to the listing, the dual camera setup at the back is able to produce maximum up to 16MP resolution of stills and 4K videos. The front camera can also click at 16MP resolution but can record only Full HD (1080p) videos).
The OnePlus 5T will be available exclusively on Amazon in India and the price is expected to remain unchanged from the outgoing model.
